Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

We do everything in our power to make sure each customer’s deliveries get to them on their designated delivery date.

In rare circumstances deliveries may be late or unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances.

WPS cannot be held liable for any associated costs for late deliveries

Information below is in addition to the terms and conditions available on our website

Composite Decking

Composite decking is delivered on a long wheelbase van or flatbed truck by a single driver, due to the size and weight of decking boards manual assistance is always required with unloading, please note if it’s a large order it may be advisable to have multiple persons on site to offload

Delivery is Kerb side only (we may be able to park on drive at driver discretion)  

Our vehicles must be able to access the property – please advise our team if you live on narrow lanes etc  

Delivery can be between 7am and 6pm

Any damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours with photo evidence

Balustrade Hardware

Balustrade hardware is delivered via National Couriers (Tuffnells / FedEx) and can arrive between 7am and 6pm, we may be able to request an AM delivery

For large orders we may deliver on a dedicated courier (see composite decking delivery info) 

Any damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours with photo evidence

Glass

Glass is delivered by the glass manufacturer on specialist vehicles

Deliveries are single driver and manual assistance is required with unloading of glass

Deliveries can be made between 7am and 6pm – we will endeavor to provide an ETA and driver information the day prior to delivery - On occasions glass deliveries can fall into the following day.

Failure to be on site and aid with offloading your glass may result in additional delivery charges

Any damage to glass must be reported in writing within 48 hours with photo evidence
